Terms of service

Command Center Project is a client portal operated by our team for organizations that have an agreement with us. It serves each organization's project dashboards and commissioning schedule to the people that organization has named. These terms describe how the portal may be used. Your organization's written agreement with us governs the service, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.
Access
Access is arranged by us for your organization; there is no public sign-up. Your organization decides who may sign in, either through its own Microsoft work accounts and policies or through accounts we create for it. Use only your own account, keep your credentials private, and do not share a session.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reach another organization's projects, probe or test the service for weaknesses without our written authorization, interfere with its operation, or send schedule distributions to people outside your organization's approved email domains. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended, and your organization's administrator will be told.
Intellectual property
The dashboard software, its layouts and code are our intellectual property, licensed to your organization for its own project use under its agreement with us. Do not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute or build competing products from any part of it. Your organization's project data, including the schedules, files and exports made from that data, remains your organization's property.
Records
Sign-ins, schedule saves, distributions and administrative changes are logged with the time, the account and the network address, for security and support. Your organization's administrator can request that log. Details are in the privacy statement.
Availability and changes
We may change or suspend the portal for maintenance or security reasons and will tell your organization in advance where we can. Service levels, support and remedies are set out in your organization's agreement with us, not on this page.
Ending access
Your organization may remove a person's access at any time; we end every live session of a named person on its request. When an organization's agreement ends, its data is exported on request and deleted on the schedule that agreement states.
